As a kindergarten teacher my favorite time of the day was 'sharing time'.
I loved listening to the rustling paper bags holding secret surprises waiting to be shared within.
This class brings us all back to that great 'sharing' time of our lives.

What do you see there?
How does this space feel to you?
What, if any, colors do you see?
Are there scents, smells, feelings
that you notice?
Look around.
What do you see?
Are there windows?
Is it dark
or
light?
Make yourself comfortable
within this space.
Invite any
friends,
guides or
helpers to join you,
if you wish.
Ask for a gift, a teaching, a tool or .....?
When you are ready,
give thanks to the cave
for being there
and for all who showed up.
Prepare to leave.
You may feel some sadne ss
at taking your departure,
but remember this space is
always here waiting for you
